Fairly clean place with helpful and fairly friendly staff and perfect view over the Sea and the arcipelagoe. Unbeatable and good location for my purposes. And just off city center and the restaurant and a park. A lot of goodies for breakfast.

I chose Signature Collection for its convenient location near Stora Wasby Castle. The hotel surprised me with its excellent facilities, including free WiFi throughout the property. I particularly enjoyed the health-conscious cafe, which offered delicious and nutritious options.

Three unfortunate issues occurred at the start: 1. Overwhelming cigarette smoke in the first room, despite my request for a smoke-free room.

Exceptionally clean room with comfortable bed and smoke detectors for safety measures. Street view from the window was nice. Location close to airport, the restaurant, and a park.

The rooms at Ten Hotel BW Signature Collection are like a dream come true! The beds are so cozy with premium bedding, and I loved how the floors were heated - it was like walking on pure luxury. Plus, having free WiFi and air conditioning made the stay even more comfortable. The kitchenette in selected rooms was super convenient, especially with the microwave and fridge. I even had a balcony in my double room, which was a lovely bonus. the room had a very cozy and homely vibe, making me feel right at home.

Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the soundproofing in the double room. I understand that it's necessary for some guests, but I felt it made the room a bit stuffy and closed off at times.

As someone who values fitness and likes to maintain a workout routine even when traveling, having access to a well-equipped gym was a major plus. The variety of exercise equipment available allowed me to stick to my fitness regimen without any inconvenience. the gym was clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable experience for guests.

The hotel's location is convenient with easy access to the highway. It is also close to Lidl and a Padel Tennis facility. The modern and efficient rooms have the standard size. Breakfast is decent with good quality food. Free parking is available for guests.

The hotel's service needs improvement as guests have experienced poor cleanliness and unresponsive staff.

Spent my New Year’s Eve at a hotel with modern and efficient rooms. The highlight of my stay would have to be the breakfast buffet and the free parking. The food quality was great, and there was a vast array of options to choose from. The key location offered easy access to the highway, and a Lidl store was just a few minutes away. the hotel was located next to a Padel Tennis facility, which was a pleasant surprise.

In terms of the negatives, the AC in the rooms was quite weak, and it was unable to cool down the room sufficiently despite the daily temperature being around 20 degrees Celsius. the room was cleaned only once in five days, and multiple complaints to the front desk did not yield the expected results.
